From 1955-1963, this complex is the place of the family Tran Le Xuan, Ngo Dinh Nhu. After his brother Ngo Dinh Nhu and the President Ngo Dinh Diem were assassinated, Tran Le Xuan exile, this complex became the tourist destination. It was used as the Central Highlands Ethnic Museum and today became the fourth National Archives, which kept the Wooden book of Nguyen Dynasty.
