Ethnic Minority Secondary School former was Couvent des Oiseaux School, also known as the Lam Vien Dame (Notre Dame du Langbian).
In 1935, the School Couvent des Oiseaux was opened, at first kindergarten kindergarten, then developed into primary and secondary schools.
This is the first girl school with French curriculum, built in 1935. During the colonial time, School Couvent des Oiseaux is the case of female children of wealthy families France, Vietnam, Cambodia and Laos. Education is very thoughtful and serious.
